This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and MetaParallel, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of AnyRoute AI ("App"). Welcome to AnyRoute AI, a flight availability app designed for military personnel and their families. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Content Use: The materials and information related to military flight data are exclusively for the use by authorized individuals to determine SPACE-A flight availability. Such information may encompass proprietary, confidential, or privileged details. Any unauthorized access, dissemination, duplication, or modification of this information is expressly forbidden. This prohibition extends to, but is not limited to, retransmission, uploading, sharing with unauthorized entities, or any alteration deviating from the information's primary purpose. Any contravention of the stipulated parameters or unauthorized exploitation of the information herein may render the offender liable to legal investigation and subsequent prosecution.
2. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using AnyRoute AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these User Terms. If you are using the website on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights: All content and materials on AnyRoute AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the intellectual property of MetaParallel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from MetaParallel.
4. User Conduct:
   a. You agree to use AnyRoute AI solely for lawful and legitimate purposes. You shall not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others.
   b. You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or upload on the website. Content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or violates any third-party rights is strictly prohibited.
   c. Do not attempt to interfere with the website's functionality, security, or the proper working of our services, including but not limited to using automated scripts, bots, or other malicious means.
5. License: AnyRoute AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without our prior written consent.
6. Eligibility: Only active duty or retired military personnel and their immediate family members are eligible to use our app for SPACE-A flight data. You must provide proof of military service and identity verification to access these data.
7. Accuracy: AnyRoute AI strives to provide accurate flight availability information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. You acknowledge that flight availability can change at any time due to operational reasons and that AnyRoute AI is not responsible for any inconvenience or losses resulting from reliance on our app.
8. Account Security: To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer and mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
9. Privacy: AnyRoute AI takes your privacy seriously and follows all applicable laws and regulations to protect your personal information. We collect, use, and disclose your information only as necessary to provide our services and as described in our privacy policy.
10. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our app for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to: (a) accessing or attempting to access any part of our app without authorization; (b) interfering with or disrupting the operation of our app or the servers and networks connected to our app; (c) using any automated means to access our app or collect information from our app; (d) using our app to send spam or other unsolicited messages; (e) impersonating another person or entity; (f) using our app for any commercial purpose; and (g) violating any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AnyRoute AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our app, even if AnyRoute AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 16. Third-Party Websites: a. MetaParallel makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on AnyRoute AI.
    b. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the website at any time without notice.
17. Account Usage: Your account is intended for your individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring that unauthorized access does not occur. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
18. Changes to User Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these User Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of AnyRoute AI following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MetaParallel(AnyRoute AI) regarding your use of our app, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Any waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions by AnyRoute AI must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of AnyRoute AI.

No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for our services. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the specified term. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your subscription. Our platform is designed to help you find and connect with various travel service providers. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not directly sell the travel services listed on our platform. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for any issues related to the services provided by the travel service providers themselves, including cancellations, delays, or dissatisfaction with the services rendered. Any claims or concerns regarding the travel services should be directed to the respective service provider.

By using AnyRoute AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the App.
